These terms govern the websites, products, programs, events and messaging services operated by Paid to Post Group LLC, including aipayrollsummit.com and shespaidtopost.com.
By using our sites, registering for an event, buying a product or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these terms.
The SMS messaging program
Program name
Paid to Post Group LLC.
What you will receive
When you opt in, Paid to Post Group LLC sends recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you gave us. Messages include registration confirmations, event reminders and links to join live sessions, replay and access links, announcements of new trainings, programs and digital products, enrollment deadlines, and promotional offers.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Expect up to roughly 8 messages per month, with more in the days around a live event you registered for.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS, and after that confirmation you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
How to rejoin
To rejoin after opting out, sign up the same way you did initially by filling out a form on one of our sites and checking the text message consent box. We will then resume sending SMS messages to you.

Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to this SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18, and we will remove any number we learn belongs to a minor.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is never required
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to register for any of our events. You can use every part of our business without opting in to text messages.
Privacy
For privacy-related inquiries, see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Industry standards and legal compliance
This program is run in accordance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, applicable carrier requirements, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other applicable federal and state law. We only message people who have given express written consent.
If you consent to marketing email we will send announcements, event information, training content and offers. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Transactional email tied to a purchase or an event you registered for, such as receipts and access links, will still be sent.
What this is
The AI Payroll Summit is a free two day live online training. Registration gets you access to attend live. Replays, the prompt portal and bonus sessions require the paid VIP upgrade. Dates, times and content may change, and we will tell registrants by email or text if they do.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by our third party payment processor. By buying, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Where a product is sold on a recurring basis you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Refunds
The VIP upgrade is a one time purchase that delivers the prompt portal immediately on payment. Because access is granted instantly, the VIP upgrade is non-refundable.
Refund terms for the cohort and any other paid program are stated on the sales page for that program at the time of purchase, and those stated terms govern. If you think you were charged in error, email admin@shespaidtopost.com within 7 days and we will look into it.
Portal access and recurring billing
Cohort enrollment includes access to the prompt portal for the first 60 days at no additional cost. After that 60 day period, portal access continues at $29 per month unless you cancel before the first billing date, which is disclosed to you at enrollment.
You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops all future charges and ends access at the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial months. Your saved work remains available for download for 30 days after access ends.
What you can and cannot do with the materials
Everything we provide, including prompts, prompt packs, portal materials, videos, slides, templates and written training, is owned by Paid to Post Group LLC and protected by copyright.
Buying or receiving access gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own business. You may not share, resell, redistribute, republish or teach our materials as your own, and you may not give your login to anyone else. Anything you create using our prompts and methods belongs to you.
Your own accounts and third party tools
Our trainings use third party platforms. Members bring their own accounts, including their own Higgsfield account, and are responsible for their own subscriptions, credits and costs, and for following those platforms' terms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output or changes to their features.
No income guarantee
Our products and programs are educational. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, audience growth or business result. Any examples or results shared are illustrative and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market and circumstances.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our sites, products or communications to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or copy our content for redistribution. We may suspend or end access for a violation of these terms without refund.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Paid to Post Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites, products, programs or messaging services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use our sites, products or messaging program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
